Wizero Battle

Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Ingenious Tools for the Wizero Battle website, the free demo, the leaderboard, and the purchase of the full campaign.

Effective 10 September 2026

The agreement

These terms are a contract between you and Ingenious Tools covering https://wizero.net, the free demo, the leaderboard, the support service, and any purchase of the full campaign. Your use of the game software itself is additionally governed by the End User Licence Agreement at https://wizero.net/eula, and your purchase by the Refund Policy at https://wizero.net/refunds. All three form one agreement.

If you do not accept these terms, do not use the game. You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough under the law of your country to enter a contract, to buy the full campaign.

The demo and the full campaign

Stages 1 to 4 are free to play, with no time limit and no account. The full campaign is a one-time purchase that unlocks all 24 stages, Survival mode, the Black Covenant, and the upgrade ceilings the demo caps. There is no subscription, no advertising, no energy timer, and nothing further to buy inside the game.

We have said that the next twelve authored levels are included in the purchase at no further cost. That commitment stands and is part of these terms. We do not promise a date for them; what is planned is published openly at https://wizero.net/roadmap.

Prices are shown in United States dollars unless stated otherwise, and exclude any tax that applies where you live, which is added at checkout. We may change the price of future purchases; a price change never affects a purchase you have already made.

Licence keys and devices

A purchase issues a licence key. Activating it on a device stores a signed entitlement bound to a random identifier for that device. Your purchase covers a limited number of devices, shown when you activate; you can use every one of them, and you can ask support to release a device you no longer have.

Do not publish, sell, or share your licence key. A key that is being used beyond its device limit, or that is circulating publicly, may be suspended — we will contact you at your purchase email before doing so wherever we can.

Fair play and the leaderboard

The leaderboard is a shared public space. Submitting a score is optional and needs no account, and the display name you choose is published alongside your run.

  • Do not submit fabricated, tampered, or automated scores. Implausible submissions are rejected automatically and repeated attempts may be blocked.
  • Do not use a display name that is obscene, harassing, impersonating, or that contains anyone's personal information. We remove such entries without notice.
  • Do not attack, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the game, the leaderboard, or the licensing service.
  • Do not modify, decompile, or repackage the game, or attempt to bypass the demo's stage limit or the licence check.

We may remove any leaderboard entry, and may withdraw access to the leaderboard, if these rules are broken. Removing an entry does not affect your licence or your right to play.

Your progress is yours, and it is local

Your campaign save is stored on your own device and we hold no copy of it. This is deliberate — it means we cannot lose it, read it, or hold it hostage. It also means we cannot recover it. Clearing your saved site data, using private browsing, switching web clients or devices, or uninstalling the app will end that campaign, and we cannot restore it.

Availability

We aim to keep the game and its services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, provider outages, and faults happen. Note that the demo and the full campaign are playable without a live connection once loaded; the leaderboard, purchasing, and first-time licence activation require one.

If we ever have to shut the service down permanently, we will announce it at least 90 days in advance on the changelog page and, where we hold an address for you, by email — and we will publish a build that no longer requires the licensing service in order to play what you bought.

Warranties and liability

Except where the law of your country gives you rights that cannot be excluded, the game and its services are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights, and in some countries those rights are extensive; where they conflict with anything here, they win.

To the extent the law allows, Ingenious Tools is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost progress, and our total liability to you for any claim connected with the game is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Ending the agreement

You may stop using the game at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you materially break these terms, and we will tell you why. If we end your access for a reason that is not your fault, we will refund the unused value of your purchase.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of that jurisdiction have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of your own country and may bring a claim there.
