Wizero Battle
Delete my data
What we hold, what deleting removes, and what only you can remove. This covers both the web version and the Android app.
Verify and delete Wizero data
Continue to Ingenious Tools. We send a confirmation to your email address and require a separate confirmation before deleting your Wizero records.
What this deletes
- Your email address is erased from our purchase records.
- The web licence is revoked and its device records are removed. Online access stops at revalidation; an already issued offline entitlement may remain valid until it expires. This does not cancel a Google Play purchase.
- Your support messages and bug reports are deleted.
- The reason attached to any refund request you made is deleted.
What we keep, and why
We retain restricted transaction references, amounts, dates and refund status for accounting, disputes and legal obligations. Direct contact details and support content are removed. A retained payment reference may still be linked to a payment by the processor; it is not fully anonymous.
Stripe keeps its own record of the payment under its own policy and retention rules; we cannot delete that on your behalf. See stripe.com/privacy.
What only you can delete
Your campaign save, your local high scores, your settings, and your stored licence entitlement never leave your device. We have no copy, so we cannot delete them for you and we cannot restore them afterwards.
- Web: clear the stored data for this site through your site settings.
- Android: uninstall the app, or use Settings → Apps → Wizero Battle → Storage → Clear data.
Leaderboard entries
A leaderboard entry is a display name you chose and a score. It is not tied to your email address, so this form cannot find it. To have one removed, write to privacy@ingenioustools.net with the name and roughly when you posted it.
Access, correction, and export
You can also ask for a copy of what we hold, or ask us to correct it, rather than delete it. Write to privacy@ingenioustools.net; we respond within 30 days. The privacy policy sets out the full list of rights.
