Wizero Battle
Refund Policy
When you can get your money back, how to ask, and how long it takes. 14 days, and the free demo never counts against you.
Effective 10 September 2026
Request a refund
Use the purchase email and receipt reference. Your request enters our support queue for review against the original purchase. For the Android edition, request your refund through Google Play.
Purchase availability
Policies are visible before launch. New web purchases remain disabled until the owner explicitly enables Wizero purchases in Ingenious Tools. A release date, public demo or policy page does not open checkout.
When you can get a refund
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason or none, so long as you have not completed a stage beyond Stage 4. Stages 1 to 4 are the free demo, so playing the demo — before or after you buy — never costs you your refund. Clearing Stage 5 or later means you have played the campaign you paid for, and the refund window closes at that point.
You do not have to give a reason, and we will not ask you to justify it. We would rather refund you than have you stuck with a game you did not enjoy — but please tell us what went wrong if you are willing to, because that is how the game gets better.
Two things sit outside this rule and are always refunded, whatever your progress and whatever the date: a purchase you did not authorise, and a purchase that never delivered a working licence key.
Your legal rights come first
If the law where you live gives you a stronger right than this policy, that right applies instead. In the United Kingdom and the European Union, for example, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel a digital purchase, which you may be asked to waive in order to get immediate access; and in the United Kingdom, the European Union, and Australia, faulty digital content carries statutory remedies that no policy of ours can remove.
Nothing in this policy limits those rights. If the game is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, contact us regardless of your progress or how long ago you bought it.
How to ask
Use https://ingenioustools.net/support/wizero-battle?type=refund with the email address on your purchase and the receipt or payment reference if available. Do not send a licence key or full payment card details. No account is required; a person reviews the request against the original purchase.
We acknowledge every request within two business days and decide within five. Approved refunds are returned by Stripe to the original payment method; your bank usually posts it within five to ten business days, which is outside our control. We refund the full amount you paid, including tax.
If we decline a request, we explain why. We may ask you to confirm your progress because campaign saves remain on your device. You may reply to request another review.
What happens to your licence
When a full refund is issued your web licence is revoked. Online access stops at the next revalidation; an offline entitlement can remain valid until its expiry. The free demo stays playable, and your campaign save is left exactly as it is on your device — if you buy again later, your progress is still there.
If you bought through Google Play
The Android app is purchased upfront through Google Play. It has no in-app purchases. Google Play refund rules apply; request a refund through Google Play or contact support@ingenioustools.net for help. Web purchase eligibility does not replace Google Play rules.
Before you file a chargeback
If you do not recognise a payment, contact us and your payment provider promptly. We review unauthorised payments and failed delivery claims against the original transaction. This does not limit your right to contact your bank or exercise statutory remedies.
